Online Consult

The best way to request an appointment is using the Online Consult resource by clicking the image above. Appointments can also be made by telephoning 01333 432588. Please do not come in to the health centre to request an appointment. We will offer you a telephone assessment. A clinician will contact you within 24 hours, usually the same day if the request is received before 3pm. The clinician will arrange the most appropriate next steps with you. If booking by phone, our the receptionist will ask you the reason for your request so our clinician can prioritise our triage list.

Appointments During COVID-19

Please click link below regarding guidance when requesting an appointment at the practice:

To reduce the risk and spread of Coronavirus the practice is dealing with all requests via our triage system.  We are not making any routine appointments at present.  If the Clinician requires to see you face to face this will be arranged, please do not turn up early for your appointment.  This is so that we can limit the amount of time you spend in the health centre. Your temperature will be taken before you are asked to make your way into the waiting room (if your temperature is 38 degrees or above you will be asked to go home, this is to ensure that we reduced the risk of spreading Coronavirus).  Please can you wear a face mask or a scarf to cover your mouth and nose while you are in the health centre.

Video Consultations

A clinician may ask you if they can use video consultation to assess your symptoms.  THIS IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Home Visits

Telephone before 11am if an urgent visit is required for the same day.  Otherwise consider using Online Consult for your request.

Only emergency visits will be accepted after 11am.

It is helpful if the receptionist is given as much information as possible to enable our clinicians to prioritise.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the surgery for the time it takes to do one home visit. Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of severe illness or disability.
